✅As per section 12(6) of the FCR Act, the FCRA registration shall be valid for a period of 5 years. However, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) vide its circular dated 30th September, 2021, has extended the validity of the FCRA certificate
As per the said circular, if the FCRA registration expires between 29th September, 2020 to 31st December, 2021, then all such FCRA registration would be valid till 31st December, 2021. Therefore, all the organizations where FCRA registration expires between these dates, then such organizations shall be eligible to receive and utilize FC funds till 31st December, 2021
