👉SC Transfers Binani Cement Insolvency Case to NCLAT & directed NCLAT to adjudicate upon all issues in the case, including the question of Ultratech Cement’s eligibility under Section 29A as well as the legality of its bid, at the earliest.

👉Mumbai Bench of ITAT in the case of Shri Ashok Jain v. ACIT, Mumbai held that where the Jewellery found with the Assessee is within the limit prescribed by the CBDT Circular, the same cannot be added to the income.
