👉GST Portal updates Facility of Online filing of Appeal and enable the taxpayers to file Form GST APL 01, i.e, the Form for Filing First Appeal
👉A division bench of the Madhya Pradesh HC, while upholding a penalty order passed by the GST Dept, held that filing Part-B of the E-Way Bill is a mandatory requirement and the failure to do the same would attract penalty under the CGST Act, 2017
