👉CBIC issues Clarification on Various Issues relating to ‘Refund’/ ‘Lapse’ of ‘Accumulated ITC on Fabrics (Textiles Sector) ’, as notified based on recommendations of the GST Council.  ITC accumulated due to Inverted Duty Structure shall Lapse, however in the case of ‘Zero’ Rated Supplies, Accumulated ITC shall Not Lapse and is Refundable.

👉GST Portal adds Facility for filing Refund Application for Multiple Tax Period

👉GST Portal will not be available from Today i.e. 27th August 2018 (11:00 PM onwards) to 28th August (till 6:00 AM) as GSTN is planning a major disaster recovery drill of GST System
