Important Update on Personal Hearings in GST
As per CBIC's Instruction dated 5th November 2024, Personal hearings in adjudicating/appellate proceedings will primarily be conducted in virtual mode via Video Conferencing (VC)👇
Physical hearings will only be allowed upon specific request, with reasons recorded in writing.
Instructions dated 21.08.2020 have been reinstated, and the amendment dated 28.07.2022 has been withdrawn, leading to the above scenario!!
