👉MCA notifies Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Third Amendment Rules, 2018 which mandates All Unlisted Public Companies to Issue Securities in Dematerialised Form. It also made it compulsory that All existing securities of Unlisted Public Companies to be Dematerialised upto 2nd October 2018
👉Delhi High Court issues notices to the Centre, CBIC, DGFT and the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) on a clutch of petitions against alleged restrictions on availing of Advance Authorisation Licences. Importers have moved court against changes in the criteria for availing of the Advance Authorisation Licence, which, they say, has led to the DRI issuing notices to them
👉Finance Ministry launches One-Time Late Fee Waiver Scheme to Waive Off Late Fee Payable for Delayed Filing of Form GSTR-1 for the period from July 2017 to September 2018 which can now be filed till 31.10.2018 without any late fee
